This is a simple Tic Tac Toe game created with Python that two people can play on. The players choose where they want to mark their Os or Xs by specifying the row and column of the square. Like traditional Tic Tac Toe, any 3 in a row combination will win a player a game, and the game will declare a tie when no players can make further moves without winning.
