I love partiesss! And it only makes sense that I don't have to go through so much hassle to get tickets to attend events. This bot makes the experience faster on an interface I'm already familiar with.
What it does
An AI-powered assistant that condenses the entire ticketing experience - from event discovery to ticket purchasing - into a seamless, conversational flow on WhatsApp.
How we built it
I used the FunctionCall feature in Gemini 3 to convert natural language in the user input to queries that can be used to retrieve data from the backend service. I also made the model contextually aware of each stage of the process by caching the conversation history passing it as context to the model.
