Ticket App for non-profit

Inspiration

The project is highly inspired by Chapa Events.

What it does

Non-profit events or events organized by non legal entities are going to have a hard time of accessing systems like https://chapa.co/events but with our web apps they can scan and generate tickets.

How we built it

The project was built using Astro, React and Shadcn. And used libraries like https://scanapp.org/ and https://goqr.me/ to scan and generate QR code.

Challenges we ran into

Astro DB is a fairly new tool so it was bit challenging.

What's next for Ticket App for non-profit

Improve the UI and test it for a real event.
