Tic-Tac-Toe game build in Java (LHD challenge)

Inspiration

I created a Tic-Tac-Toe game in Java. I had a lot of fun and tried to build something new.

What it does

It is a single player game. You compete with the cpu. It uses the random class to generate moves for the cpu and take input from the user.
