Inspiration
We were inspired by the increasing levels of employee stress and burnout in today’s fast-paced work environments. We wanted to create a solution that not only identifies early signs of burnout but also supports employees with meaningful, personalized interventions. The goal was to promote a healthier work-life balance while driving better engagement and productivity.
What it does
Thrive@Work Concierge is an AI-powered wellbeing assistant integrated with Salesforce. It monitors indicators of stress and burnout, provides real-time personalized recommendations, and connects employees with relevant support resources. Managers also receive insights to foster a healthier work culture.
How we built it
We combined AI models for stress detection with Salesforce’s CRM and workflow automation. We integrated APIs for scheduling, wellness resources, and sentiment analysis. The interface includes a dashboard for both employees and leadership to track wellbeing data and trends.
Challenges we ran into
We faced challenges around protecting user privacy while analyzing behavioral signals, fine-tuning our AI models for accuracy, and balancing automation with human empathy in our responses.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We’re proud of developing a tool that addresses real-world problems, integrates seamlessly with enterprise tools, and provides genuine value to both employees and organizations.
What we learned
We learned how complex and deeply personal employee wellbeing is, and how critical it is to design tech solutions that are respectful, secure, and human-centric. We also deepened our understanding of AI and enterprise integration.
What's next for Thrive@Work Concierge
Next, we plan to expand language support, improve AI personalization, and partner with wellness providers to offer more robust support options. Our long-term vision is to become the go-to digital concierge for workplace wellbeing.
