Inspiration We were inspired by YikYak and how people can get involved with their community using a simple app
What it does This app lets organization owners to post events for users to find. They can limit the visibility to specific people or to everyone.
How we built it React Native and Expo to build the app and Front End FireBase for back end
Challenges we ran into Storing information in the database, we found firebase as a solution. Never used Expo before, watched MANY tutorials.
Accomplishments that we're proud of Creating a working login, forgot password, and registration system.
What we learned How to develop front end, how to link front end to a database, and how to develop UI. We also learned how to work as a team.
