You ever have a specific meme in mind during a text conversation but can't seem to find it at the perfect time? Well, now you have it at the click of a button.

What it does

The imessage app allows you to send memes you have saved onto it as stickers or as image files.

How we built it

We used Xcode to build the app itself and installed it onto our phones to see if it worked. Not only do the stickers show up for people who have the app installed, but they show up for everybody who has a rather newer version of iOS installed.

Challenges we ran into

Figuring out the best way to implement a stickers app was tough because we wanted to make the UI unique, however, we ended up going with a more simple and easy to use UI

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that everybody who has an iPhone is able to view our memes because of the way the application is implemented and even though our app isn't published for the public to download, it still runs on apple servers.

What we learned

We learned about how swift and swiftUI works and how seamlessly iOS is built to run

What's next for ThisIsOurMemeLol

The next step for our app is to have a single-use app that works side by side with the imessage app and allows us to save the memes directly from our phones. This is a problem that we are constantly running into and we are in the works of perfecting our idea.
