Our project, Thirst6, has evolved into a smart water management system that uses simulated data from APIs to track and analyze water usage. By integrating real-time data into our platform, we can create an accurate and dynamic representation of water distribution and consumption patterns. The goal is to provide municipalities and communities with actionable insights, empowering them to make informed decisions about water management and conservation.
While we’re focusing on the software side of the system for now, we see this as a foundation that can grow into a more comprehensive solution, potentially incorporating real-world sensor data in the future. This approach allows us to demonstrate the concept and potential impact of our project while leaving room for further development and expansion.
