Space theme. Idea of just frictionlessness came to me.

What it does

W - Accelerate forwards A/D - Rotational acceleration

Touch stars to gain exp, and upgrade when leveling up.

How we built it

The Build button in Unity.

Challenges we ran into

Dealing with velocities in Unity. Turns out velocity.Set(x, y) returns a new Vector2, and doesn't modify the base vector. Took a while to figure out I had to do velocity = velocity.Set.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

First time doing a Unity project outside of GameSpawn's workshops. I like how it came out, and how much I was able to do in 7 hours.

What we learned

Yea working with some of this sure is painful.

What's next for There is no Drag in Space

The upgrade cards need some indicator of rarity. There's also no win condition or lose condition. And also no way to close the application. (alt + tab then click the X to close) Does not scale nicely to screen resolution. I do not know how to fix this yet.
