Inspiration
The troubles I see people face with their house caretakers in keeping track of rental payments and the problem my Mother faces till date since she purchased property that was double allocated.
What it does
-Provides a user friendly interface for transactions involving real estate,enabling persons to also utilize their crypto . -Prevents double allocation. -Provides a dashboard called accounts where transactions are automatically recorded,making life simple for users. -Protects Sender/buyer/tenant from losing their funds by locking the funds sent to Receiver until they rent or transfer ownership to Sender/Buyer. -Protects Owner from losing their Ownership by ensuring they receive total Amount at agreed time before they transfer ownership of Property to Buyer. -Enables community participation in validation of Property by enabling user add/remove a dispute to a property.
How we built it
-First by doing market research on challenges facing stakeholders in the industry. -Analyzing how to solve specific challenges and implications. -Hand-sketching the prototype. -Creating figma design of some pages to guide development. -Development of the front-end. -Development of smart contract. -Testing on testnet.
Challenges we ran into
-Insufficient funds to pay designer for all pages and logo.
