Inspiration The idea for this smart gym solution was born out of my personal experience as a fitness enthusiast. I realized the common pain points faced by gym-goers like the lack of personalized guidance, improper exercise form leading to injuries, and the absence of real-time monitoring. Additionally, many people, including myself, struggled with staying motivated and engaged in their fitness routines. These challenges, combined with the unaffordability of personal trainers, inspired me to create a tech-driven solution that could help people get the most out of their gym sessions while ensuring safety and progress.
