inspiration: Our school's resources that helped us grow our skills as women in stem inspired us to pay it forward and help the next generation of women in stem What it does: The STEM is a resource for emerging and current Women in Stem to access resources needed to blossom in their fields How we built it: Using HTML, CSS, JS, and Python, we spent the past several days building the website from the ground up Challenges we ran into: Aligning elements properly using HTML and CSS was a big one Accomplishments: Besides finishing the project, we are proud of our time management skills and ability to work together to complete each webpage. We added security measures like hashing the passwords of the login page and we do not save the passwords. What we learned: In general, we all learned some HTML and CSS skills that we can potentially utilize in our career journey What's next for The STEM: Our hope is to continue improving the design of the webpage and find people who are willing to set up profiles for our website
