This video is the opening scene of Psychemagination: Into the Underworld, a book born from an active imagination journey—a descent into the subconscious where a late-diagnosed autistic artist begins to uncover the truth of their neurodivergence. Inspired by that pivotal moment, I shaped the words into a song and illustrated it with introspective AI-generated art, then brought it to life as a surreal music video.
The greatest challenge was evoking the right emotional tone—finding images and video sequences that matched the depth and vulnerability of the music, then weaving them into a rhythm that felt true to the inner experience. Each frame had to carry the weight of transformation, and each transition had to honour the story’s quiet power.
This is just the beginning. More books, more videos, and more offerings from the depths of the psyche are on their way—each one a light placed by the wayside, illuminating the path whether seen or not.
