Inspiration

The Valentines award and the spotify API posted on the resources section of the HackBU webstie.

What it does

Compares two people's playlists and based off what they listen to creates a compatibility percentage.

How we built it

Used the spotipy python library. This allowed us to use the spotify api easily in python.

Challenges we ran into

Handling the all the data that each playlist contains.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Organizing the data.

What we learned

First time using an API.

Add a functional GUI.
