The solution is very simple and involves existing equipment. When you receive any call look at the Caller ID. If you do not recognize the Caller ID do not answer the phone call and let it go to voice mail. If you recognize the phone number answer the call.

Robo calls that go to voice mail can be deleted. If no one answers a robo call they will stop. Companies will not pay for ineffective advertising. Use the telephone as it was designed. Just because the phone rings doesn't mean you must answer it.
