Inspiration Teen mental health is a serious issue that is often overlooked. Many teens struggle with mental health problems, but they may feel ashamed or afraid to talk about them. This project is inspired by the need to break the silence on teen mental health and to empower teens to speak out about their challenges.

What it does :This project aims to raise awareness of teen mental health issues in the modern era. It will do this by providing information and resources to teens, parents, and educators. The project will also work to break down the stigma around teen mental health and to encourage teens to seek help if they need it.

How we built it We have partnered with teens, parents, educators, and mental health professionals to create a project that is both informative and engaging.

Challenges we ran into: One of the biggest challenges we faced was developing a project that would be relevant to teens and that would resonate with their experiences. We also had to make sure that the project was accessible to all teens, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: We are proud of the fact that we have been able to raise awareness of teen mental health issues and to break down some of the stigma surrounding these problems. We are also proud of the fact that we have created a project that teens find informative and engaging.

What we learned We learned that teens are eager to talk about mental health issues. They want to know more about the challenges they are facing and they want to know what resources are available to them. We also learned that it is important to create a safe and supportive space for teens to share their experiences.
