this trailer is a "companion" to the short film "the Secret Life of the Night Janitor". The story of Andrzej Nowak, once an acclaimed pianist and now a lonely Polish immigrant in NY, has touched me deeply. I dream of making a full length film about him, delving into his past, his love for music and for his ballet dancer wife, and the loss he has suffered. This is a story about a transparent man, a night janitor and cleaner, who is hardly seen by other people, yet he is full of turbulent emotions and passions. This is also a tribute to the musical Polish language (I am of Polish origin). I immensely enjoyed working on the trailer, as it allowed me to create a "clip" of the protagonist's past and present, and of his moving story. I sincerely hope I will be able to work on the full length film in the future.
