Inspiration
Inspired by NASA and other aeronautics, interplanetary organizations around the world. We want to visualize data to make it more understandable among the general public.
What it does
The SSDA platform offers a new way for space data enthusiasts to view and compare space data.
How we built it
We built this using html5, bootstrap, mariadb and php. We tied into database datasets from NASA, SpaceX, and tableau
Challenges we ran into
The challenges we ran into was waiting to launch our payload in orbit to obtain our own datasets from space. We also had issues with spacing and getting input embeds to cooperate with a mobile responsive website around the data.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are so proud of her far we have come and are glad to work on this for the very first release in this Devpost hackathon
What we learned
We learned so much about aeronautics and special information working on the Scientific Space Data Alliance
What's next for The Scientific Space Data Alliance
We are going to continue to work on this and hope to submit it this October to NASA Space Apps Hackathon
