The Risk Level Tracker

Inspiration

From observing how AI has been transforming our world, we were especially fascinated by its impact on the healthcare sector. Therefore, we wanted to come up with something that depicts what AI has already done while also suggesting a highly useful mechanism.

What it does

Essentially, the risk level tracker will be able to gather real time data from patients and provide them with immediate feedback to ensure they are healthy and are able to access the medical assistance they require.

How we built it

We have not built the app, this is our explanation for the protoype and how it will be benefical for indivudals and the healthcare industry as a whole.

Challenges we ran into

There may be certain nuances to this application that would need to be taken care of. These include being able to direct the user to a certain medical location or pharmacy and giving them specific medicines they can take.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The ability to learn about your condition within the comfort of your own home can greatly benefit both the patients and the healthcare staff. Doctors will have to spend less time meeting with patients that can get over the counter medicine for their sicknesses and patients wouldn't have to go to the trouble of a doctors appointment, saving time and money.

What we learned

We learned that artificial intelligence still has a lot of room for growth and will continue to take precedence as time goes on. With its benefits also comes its drawbacks, but if handled well AI has the potential to greatly impact not only the healthcare industry but all industries for the better.

What's next for The Risk Level Tracker

We would love to build this as a mobile app, incorporating AI and have patients and medical staff put it to real use.
