Inspiration

This app is inspired by my own experience as a stay-at-home mom for more than eight years. During this time, I have tried to learn about personal growth, mindset, and how to support others emotionally when it is sometimes difficult to do the same for yourself.

The truth is that I am still learning, but I am grateful to be able to watch my young children grow, be there for them, and face life’s challenges with a new perspective. Along this journey, I have decided to reinvent myself professionally, while always understanding that, in order to do so, I first need to develop the right mindset.

What the app seeks to do

This app seeks to help other women caregivers clear their minds, put into words the emotions they may be experiencing, and find a tool that supports them with practical suggestions or simply provides feedback about their current emotional state.

It is not intended for medical purposes, but it does seek to offer a space for relief—one that allows women to recognize themselves, look inward, and rediscover who they are when it feels as though we never have enough time.

The first prototype

This is the first prototype of the app. I created it entirely with the help of GPT-5.6, which guided me through the process using Codex.

The truth is that I had wanted to try building an app for several weeks. Then, just last Saturday, I saw the announcement for this competition and thought, “Why not?”

I have spent the past three days building this project with a great deal of care and trying to present this first version of my idea in the best way possible.

The idea behind the project

My idea is to create an app that asks a series of questions and then provides personalized well-being recommendations for each woman.

I want it to be an entry point to self-knowledge and a reminder that, behind every mother and caregiver, there is a woman with tremendous potential who is simply looking for a way to feel better each day—for her children and for herself.

Technology can give us tools to make these two parts of our lives more compatible. But before professional reinvention can begin, we need the right mindset, and that is exactly where this app aims to help.

What I learned

During these three days, I have learned that GPT-5.6 High is incredibly capable and has helped me throughout the entire process. I followed its instructions one step at a time.

I gained a general understanding of some of the main aspects involved in deploying an application.

Challenges

The greatest challenges I faced were finding the time to repeatedly review and correct errors, especially while my children were having some very intense days because of the rainy weather and one of them was sick.

Honestly, the greatest challenge has been the time and commitment required to keep moving forward. But that is exactly what this app is about, and it is also why I feel so motivated.

Author’s note: I wrote this story myself. ChatGPT helped me correct spelling and grammatical details, translate it into English, and add the Markdown formatting required for the submission.
