Our love for the world of technology, code and our passion for the environment inspired us to build a car project that promotes green energy.
The car is equipped with a variety of components allowing for movement patterns, many other uses.
We used many different arduino components and bound them together electrictricity, and programmed them using the arduino IDE.
We had multiple challenges we ran into during a good portion the event, which included hardware component issues, lack of information provided about components, assembly of the hardware, and logical issues in the code.
Despite the issues and problems we encountered, we still managed to the complete the basic design and functionality of the car.
We gained a variety of information regarding the functionality of hardware, and how electric components interact with code.
The next steps for the QuadCar are to connect it wirelessly via bluetooth to an application or website, for wireless control and transfer of data.
