The Purrfect Match

Inspiration

Oftentimes, it can be difficult for pet owners to find friends for their companions. To address this, we've developed a social platform that makes is easy for pets to find and connect with their favorite furry friends. It also allows pet enthusiasts to engage with like-minded individuals who share their love for animals!

What it does..

Meet other pets and chat with their owners! You can talk about your pet’s day, ramble about how awesome your dog is, complain how your cat ever-so-nicely swiped the glass cup off the table again for the fifth time this week, ask for advice, plan pet playdates, and chat about anything!

How we built it

We designed Purrfect Match’s UI/UX on Figma.

Challenges we faced include resizing our wireframes and planning web navigation.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We, The Purrfect Team, are proud of learning how to utilize Overlay in Figma to display our menu. Another accomplishment was being able to fix all bugs with our animations.

What we learned

From this project, we learned web design elements that reflect positive user experience. We also learned how to utilize Figma to flesh out our website ideas.

What's next for The Purrfect Match

Our next step is to bring this wireframe to real life. Our team is currently learning HTML, CSS, and Javascript to learn web development and build The Purrfect Match website.
