Inspiration
We noticed a gap in the care for the diabetic and hypertensive patients as most strive to bring food on the table rather than following up on their health. We also wanted to inform the diabetic and hypertensive patients and the general public on the effects of climate change on their health.
What it does
It monitors, stores data and creates awareness to the targeted population, i.e. the hypertensive and diabetic patients.

By designing a website.

We managed to create a website within the shortest time possible. We were also able to recover quite fast from where we had left, at the MVP phase

To have a broader platform where we incorporate more clientele, i.e. medical doctors and more patients
