🪐 Overview

The Planet is a sci-fi short set in a distant future, where a lone traveler follows fading signals to a lush yet lifeless planet. As he explores the ruins of a forgotten civilization, fragments of memory reveal a haunting truth — this is not a new world, but the Earth we once knew.

Blending painterly visuals with AI-driven cinematic motion, The Planet reflects on humanity’s legacy and the fragile bond between creation and destruction.

🌌 Inspiration

I was inspired by the question:

What would it feel like to rediscover humanity — after it’s gone?

The film draws visual and emotional influence from:

The solitude of Interstellar

The atmosphere of Blade Runner 2049

The painterly realism of Arcane

This project explores my fascination with human memory, silence, and the remnants of progress.## Inspiration
