Inspiration

We were inspired to explore a psychological metaphor: What truly chokes us — external pressure, or internal obsession?
We wanted to tell a parable using the visual language of Chinese traditional embroidery, where every thread reflects tension, entanglement, and fragility.

What We Learned

AI-generated motion can be surprisingly emotional when grounded in a clear visual metaphor. By combining flat embroidered textures with subtle animation, we created a piece that feels handcrafted yet alive.

How we built it

Using Midjourney’s Animate Mode and Dreamina stylized prompting, we generated stitched-style animations. We edited and sequenced dynamic clips like “embroidered stop motion,” enhancing narrative flow while preserving a handmade feel.
