Utilizes existing PSTN and Mobile CID billing platforms and routing equipment to identify I.P., API, SIP and PRI data handled and delivered by Telcos. Call handling technology compiles list of logged/rejected calls and cooperatively shares and compares offender list(s) with participating telco providers. Identified I.P./API/SIP/PRI addresses are blocked at C.O. and never delivered (rejected) before they reach landline or mobile user telephone numbers. Since the same I.P./SIP/PRI/API are used over and over again by the offending Telemarketer (cloaked in spoofed IDs) the underlying I.P./SIP/PRI/API addresses cannot be used again to deliver multi-client campaigns until such time their blocked staus is resolved with the FTC or governing bodies. Nobody gets past the Penguin!
