The Patriot App

Inspiration

We were inspired to revolutionize the way airlines handle passengers' luggage. There is no worse feeling than arriving at your destination and discovering the airline lost your luggage.

What it does

The Patriot App will insert a card with a proprietary RFID tag. This tag will ensure the luggage and package will be reliably handled, sorted, and placed onto the correct flight.

How we built it

We designed the RFID carrier using 3D modeling software. We modeled it using similar credit card dimensions to match the comfort of carrying a card with you closely.

Challenges we ran into

The idea and innovation process was challenging because we needed to ensure that our Patriot App idea had not before.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are pleased with how our 3D model was created and brought to a 3D printer for prototyping. The prototyping is something no one in our group had experience using.

What we learned

The engineering brainstorming process cannot do that brainstorming and the work alone. It is vital to understand that we cannot accomplish great things alone during any college project or career.
