The Pass is a narrow, working proof of agent-ready operations software: a diagnostic-to-approval workflow where people and AI agents operate on the same business state, while the final authority decision remains human-only.

Small operations teams can review a synthetic client diagnostic, inspect findings, create a task, assign an owner, check its approval gate, and prepare it for human approval. The human operator then resolves the task in the Approval Queue. This is a strong fit for WebMCP because the application exposes explicit, typed capabilities instead of asking an agent to infer meaning from buttons or DOM structure.

WebMCP creates a better experience by making the workflow legible and dependable to both participants. The six registered tools are get_client_context, get_diagnostic, create_task, assign_owner, check_gate, and prepare_for_approval. Their inputs and outputs are explicit; writes are atomic and idempotent; and the human-only approval boundary is structural: there is intentionally no approve or reject tool.

People and agents can collaborate on the same workflow without duplicating state or granting unrestricted application control. An agent can do the useful preparation work and leave a clear, auditable item waiting for a person with authority. That separation was difficult to guarantee with selector-based browser automation.

The app is a static React/TypeScript/Vite deployment on Cloudflare Workers. Dexie-backed IndexedDB is the single state authority, and the human UI plus WebMCP tools call the same mutation functions. The live synthetic demonstration is Ember & Oak Hospitality Group at https://ffc-the-pass.ldr-3cd.workers.dev. The public source repository is https://github.com/ldr-Fulcrum/ffc-the-pass and includes an MIT license.

To test: open the live URL in ChatGPT's in-app browser or Chrome 149+ with WebMCP testing enabled. Discover the six tools, then review the Ember & Oak Midtown diagnostic (EO-OKC-01), create a task from a finding, assign an owner, check the gate, and prepare it for approval. Confirm that the task appears in the human Approval Queue. Approval and rejection are manual UI actions only. All displayed business data is synthetic and for demonstration/testing.
