The other side

Inspiration

Was stuck on the theme for a while after it released then I thought of Why did the chicken cross the road? and went with it.

What it does

You are a chicken that flies around the screen eating the other side and dodging KFC.

How we built it

Built in gamemaker studio 2 using my own art assets assets.

Challenges we ran into

Was very unsure of how to do certain things such as drawing the meter and displaying statistics on the screen with text in the right places, happy to get most of that working.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Able to get random generation working which was difficult and took most of day 2.

What we learned

Became a lot more comfortable with coding in Gamemaker Studio, haven't made many projects.
