The Nurses Armband

Working on a medical-surgical floor night after night, taking request from many patients, and being summoned into one patient's room for items, and then another patient's room for even more request. I realized that by the time I went into the medication room or supply closet room to gather all the items the patients needed, that my hands were full and I couldn't remember that one specific item or two, that I needed to take to patient number one and/or patient number two etc. I thought of writing notes on my arms and hands. It was then, that I realized if nurses only had a notepad on a stretchy armband that could allow for patient privacy and a way to keep personal notes for the busy nurse, that I could better utilize my time. Nurses can become more efficient with the use of an eraseable notepad. The use of an erasable notepad would allow the user to jot down notes erase and reuse the pad.The movable flap would serve as a cover to provide privacy.The users are healthcare workers in general, but primarily the professional nurse, thus the branding The Nurse's Armband. I am most proud of the elastic band notepad feature.
