Inspiration
When we joined HITAM the most striking feature of the college was the multitude of activities organized by various clubs, student branches and student bodies. The multitude of activities served the variety of interests of students, but an issue was the inability to track which activity is happening when, with multiple messages sent on multiple platforms it became common to ignore the messages. Considering this issue we came up with a plan to have a common platform which gives personalized messages about which activity they are interested in on the basis of the interests they select when they sign up on the platform
Another problem that came to our notice was from the club coordinators about the various clashes that happen when planning event time and venue. Therefore we planned on having a dynamic calendar which can be edited by coordinators and the changes will be reflected to the common calendar that everyone an view.
Our execution plan
When a student enters the platform, they need to sign up. after which they can request for view access roles as student or coordinator. Student viewers can view the common calendar, click on events and press on a participate button to indicate they are interested.
The coordinator view access will allow editing of calendar, adding event details and have a list of interested students for the event, communicate with other coordinators.
Finally a common place for open communication to spread ideas and discuss.

The future
After implementing the above idea we hope to add automatic email generator when students click on participate. Adding a chat bot for guiding students.
