Inspiration

From the start, I wanted The Museum of A.I., to be a sort of interactive PowerPoint, to help people get acquainted and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of A.I. in 2023. Of course, it couldn't be too boring, so I decided to add a few game-y elements, to spice it up just a little.

What it does

The Museum of A.I. is an educational-game-esk Scratch project that aims to inform people about what there is to the wide variety of neural network now present on the Internet.

How we built it

I used Scratch to make everything. Art was made with Piskel, and sounds were made with SFXR.

Challenges we ran into

Organization in Scratch is near impossible, and there was one instance where the ability to "change scenes" was bugged out, leading to the entire game not functioning... somehow.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The entire project as a whole is much more advanced and polished than anything else I've made for the previous hackathons - or anything related to Scratch, for that matter.

What we learned

A.I., as a general rule of thumb, is a lot. There are so many use cases for A.I. that already exist, and many more possibilities that haven't been created yet. Trying to explain exactly what A.I. is, is a challenge in itself.

What's next for The Museum of A.I.

If anything, the project will stay as is. Maybe a few fixes and improvements, and some additions to what A.I. is used for. If the time comes, I may simply borrow the code for a future project.
