Inspiration
I thought that a lot of things we do in life are very tedious and boring so I decided to make how life would be in the future
What it does
In the morning, once the person (simulated as a boy) has woken up, the robot asks him what the robot can do for him, and he says he wants to brush his teeth so the robot makes a flying tooth brush fly over to him and brush his teeth. Then, he says he wants to wash his face so the robot makes a flying facial towel fly over to the human and wash his face.
How we built it
I first made the structures of all components and flows. Then, I used code to implement each functionality of the flows and components. Then, I tested and revised to make sure all the codes work.
Challenges we ran into
Sometimes, some codes would go at the same time. For example, the brushing teeth and washing face action would go at the same time so I had to make one wait until the other one finish runs.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I'm proud that in about a half day, I finished the idea design and code design and debugging all by my self and it worked very well.
What we learned
I learned how to use text to speech in scratch programing which I didn't know existed and I didn't know how to use before.
What's next for The Morning Routine of 2050
I plan to add more things that the robot can do for the human and even make it for the whole day.
