EVER GOT BORED AND TIRED OVER READING 200 RESUMES AT A TIME!
What it does
Meet MindReading Recruiter Agent! :D Real World Data: The hiring manager's preferences and desire to find potential candidates in minutes. This UI shows a resume, and the user that is YOU (the judge) can click one button the "Good Fit" (👍) or the "Bad Fit" (👎).
AI action: The agent's action is to show_resume(resume_id) from its "un-sorted list" and it decides to remove the resumes that are in the bad fit zone for the judge.
Self-Improvement Loop: Action: The job description says "5+ years of Python." The agent learns that and finds any resume with "10 years of Python" and shows it.
Outcome 1: When the HM (judge) clicks "Bad Fit" (👎).
And then the agent uses an LLM to "compare" this resume to the job description. Then it writes a lesson: "Resume with '10 years' at a large bank was a "Bad Fit". Then it makes a Hypothesis! The HM may be looking for startup experience, not just the total amount of years. The agent re-ranks its pile. It now autonomously selects a resume with "3 years of Python at a startup + active GitHub" and shows that.
Outcome 2: The HM clicks "Good Fit" (👍).
Agent: "Lesson here: Confirmed! For this role, startup experience and GitHub activity are more important to this HM than total years. I will now re-do my entire pile based on this preference."
