Inspiration
Soultions are the product of problems we observe around us. The Mentoring Club is a solution to the problem one of our teammates, Megha observed while hanging out on twitter. The discussion was should mentorship be free or paid. One of the folks replied, He won't mind mentoring for free but He doesn't want to waste his time on people who are not making efforts. This means that people want to help others. So, the observed problem was to check the learning state of the mentee and assign him the mentor who understands the state of the mentee and helps him to grow and develop. This whole conversation gave birth to "The mentoring club". Best place to find your mentor.
What it does
This webpage checks on the resume of the mentee. Ask various questions about him to know the state of mentee to check whether he is complete novice, beginner or advanced. For now, The Mentoring Club verifies the mentee. Understand his state and provide mentors or solutions to tackle the problem.
How we built it
Challenges we ran into
1.Since it was a design-athon, Shivam and Megha learnt figma for the first time. 2.Implementing code for marking the state of mentee.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
- Two of our teammates were participating for the first time and getting out of the comfort zone is really an accomplishment. 2.This was the first time, we observed a problem, and instead of focusing on problem ,we have come up with the solution which may create great impact.
- Successfully created a prototype "The Mentoring Club".

## What's next for The Mentoring Club
The next step for The Mentoring Club is to become a to verify mentors. And give cool features like chatting, vouching for mentees etc. There would be a step-by-step process to make it a go to platform to find mentors
