The Mechanical Nun

Inspiration:

The Electric monk of Dougals Adams

How it worked:

The Nun would ask you to confess sins in a confession booth. You also indicated where you committed your sin. All sins were mapped onto an interactive map od San Francisco.

Challenges I ran into:

Organizing a group of volunteers

Moments I'm proud of:

It worked although we cut out a lot of features. We wrote code on the trashcans of the venue right before the show started.

What I learned:

Mnay iterations, don't go big until you have proof of concept
