Inspiration

The lack of ethics that are demonstrated with user privacy and data in big tech social media companies like Facebook.

What it does

A social media app that gives users the power to earn money for the data they sell.

How we built it

Ionic framework for front end. Solidity for the blockchain. C++ for the Machine Learning. Ganache and Truffle for testing the smart contracts.

Challenges we ran into

Integrating all of the different parts into the front end. Since the machine learning and smart contracts were built separately from the Ionic framework, integrating both of them into the frontend proved challenging.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Creating the smart contract and ML algorithms as well as the front end.
