Inspired by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s beloved book The Little Prince, this short cinematic film blends delicate hand-drawn illustrations with hyper-real imagery to reimagine the story for a new generation.

Through the pilot’s gentle narration, we revisit the iconic encounters: the king with no subjects, the businessman counting stars, the tireless lamplighter, and the wise fox who shares the secret of love and responsibility. Each moment unfolds against breathtaking, photoreal backdrops, while the Little Prince retains his whimsical, watercolor charm.

Every single planet is inspired by different artistic periods, From Cubism, to Impressionism to Baroque

This adaptation captures the poetic spirit and philosophical depth of the original tale — a story about innocence, wonder, and seeing with the heart.

The workflow went through multiple steps starting from the script and music research, the footage comes from different AI tools, mainly Midjourney, Kling, Seedance, Runway and Eleven Labs. Compositing in photoshop and Post Production in After Effects were big parts of the work before the final edit in Premiere and Audition
