Hi Ultrafam!
We have been working on a project that is close to our hearts for a few weeks now: The Last Fight.
We are a small team, Lebanen & Joulayy. Both Designers in an agency, we took advantage of this hackathon to launch our first NFT creation. We are passionate about art and digital, not being big fans of the collections released in recent years, we decided to start with unique drawings in a very specific theme: The last boss of the game.
Our collection tends to recall the assiduity, the abnegation, the determination and the perseverance that it sometimes takes to overcome your frustration and end the game. Who hasn't thrown their controller across the room? Who hasn't already pulled their hair out in front of an impossible to beat monster? Without ever losing hope, never giving up, the die and retry is perhaps the symbol of an extraordinary contemporary resistance. We were inspired by this revengeful spirit, to transcribe the beauty of a fight which seems lost in advance, but which very often holds a lot of surprises.
We have decided to prioritize quality over quantity, and to deliver only designs that we are proud of, each handmade from A to Z, the collection will total 80 NFTs, all in a similar format with a different hero and a different creature. You can find the creation videos on our website: The Last Fight. Due to lack of time, we can unfortunately only present 5 drawings, but we are well motivated to finish the collection.
Regarding the usefulness of the project, we have thought carefully and here is how it will happen. As soon as Ultra's game purchasing platform is officially launched, all profits on transaction fees will be sent to a wallet which will be made public, as soon as the UOS threshold exceeds $3200 (80 holders x 40 $), a snapshot will be made and within a maximum of 5 days, holders of an NFT The Last Fight will be airdropped a game with a minimum value of $40. We want foolproof transparency and reward the community for their commitments to the project.
To transcribe our motivations and our state of mind in more detail, it is important to talk about our vision for the future of the blockchain, and more particularly of Ultra. We are among the first investors in the ecosystem, we have followed the project a lot and we recognize ourselves enormously in the objectives and values that prone Ultra. Lately, we see some people complaining about the platform not being advanced, rewards not up to par, or even useless/uninteresting collections. It feels like the goal is to get rich at all costs on Ultra, which we think is not the right mindset. We are here above all because we are gamers, it is time to fight the big video game industries which are no longer guided by passion but by money. We are looking for sensations, experiences, nothing in the world is more satisfying than a solo game with a well-written scenario, than a retro game with nostalgic revivals, or simply a game between friends . It is important to refocus on the essentials and what Ultra was originally created for: Let's give gaming back to gamers.
We need a healthier NFT ecosystem and we want to carry these values through The Last Fight.
Thanks for reading,
The Last Fight
