The K-Agent

Supporting Communities with special needs to lead a gracious and comfortable life

Objective :

The K-Agent that delivers daily personalised trip plans for community visitors and assists them in sending visit confirmations to location-specific supervisors, with a focus on special needs accommodations.

How we built it

Challenges:

Building the data mapping was a challenge for places and reviews. Found a workaround to extract Google reviews. Data normalisation was also a challenge. Built custom columns for this PoC.

Accomplishments that we're proud of:

Was able to come up with a use case that can solve real-world problems. Improve the visitor satisfaction score, improve the business's serviceability score and increase the City's tourism and hospitality revenue. This engagement enabled us to develop a PoC at lightning speed and build a working product.

What we learned

Build efficient agents at the intersection of RAG and Agentic AI.

What's next for The K-Agent

K-Agent can be scaled to other locations, businesses, and agencies to increase visitors' satisfaction score and increase revenue. This can also be integrated into Travel agency platforms to help visitors plan the end-to-end trip.
