Inspiration

We saw a viral video of someone singing about hitting the jackpot… and thought: what if we made it worse?

So naturally, we turned it into a Snapchat lens that lets YOU become the jackpot.

What it does

You open the lens. You pull the slots. You win big.

And then—your face gets aggressively swapped into a cursed jackpot video.

It’s loud, chaotic, slightly broken, and exactly what you’d send your friends at 2am.

How we built it

We combined slot machine animations with real-time face tracking to inject the user directly into the video.

Challenges we ran into

Face swapping sounds easy until it… isn’t.

We had to:

Build a face mesh from scratch Get motion tracking to not completely fall apart Figure out Lens Studio on the fly Fix issues where the face would just… drift into another dimension

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully found the perfect balance between: funny , stupid , and technically impressive

Also, it actually works (most of the time).

What we learned

Face tracking is way harder than it looks Lens Studio is surprisingly powerful Small, dumb ideas are fun

Improve face tracking so it locks better Upgrade the slot animations Make the experience even more unhinged
