The Intrepid

Inspiration

Our inspiration is the intrepid itself, a part of history that holds us for this event and has greatly affected us as Americans.

What it does

Our website gives a general description of the vessel/battleship itself and shows locations of where the intrepid has gone. Also including a brief quiz to see what the user has learned.

How we built it

We built it using bootstrap, CSS, Javascript, and HTML while using Googles API

Challenges we ran into

We ran into challenges making the map icons work and putting the map together in general.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of completing our work as much as possible and making great progress through the time given

What we learned

We learned that teamwork always makes the dream work, and that the intrepid is really an impact on the United States

What's next for The Intrepid

IF we were given more time we would add a simulation to show people what it would be like to be in the shoes of a pilot during the time the Battleship was on the waters.
