A one stop solution for room management in hospitals. Intended to integrate seamlessly with their systems, our website allows doctors to denote when they enter and exit their rooms.

Inspiration

Management systems used in healthcare systems like epic.

What it does

Manages the coming and going of doctors in their rooms by allowing them to check in and out of the room as they please, allowing hospital administration to better track their movements throughout the day.

How we built it

We used React JS with the tailwinds CSS library integrated seamlessly into firestore and hosted on firebase

Challenges we ran into

Firestore was difficult to set up and the admin backend took longer than we wanted to implement, meaning we had to use some placeholder in lieu of full functionality. Not to mention working remote with one of our team members was a bit of a challenge.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Getting as much high quality work done as we managed in the time allocated.

What we learned

We learned how to integrate a website with a firestore backend and use tailwindcss to create a mobile first experience for our end user.

What's next for The High Council

We love making websites and are excited to use the skills we learned here in further competitions and in our careers!
