Inspiration
Going to many escape rooms and wanting to create our own escape room through a game
What it does
It challenges users with various puzzles and obstacle courses
How we built it
Using unreal engine 4.26
Challenges we ran into
Fixing bugs regarding picking up and dropping boxes so they don't overlap each other
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Making creative puzzles but also adding new elements like keys to make the game more unique
What we learned
Learned a lot about widget animations, using a game instance to store important information when moving between levels, and learned many new nodes from ue4.
What's next for The Haunted Pyramids
Adding more levels
