Inspiration
I am an avid book reader transformed to someone who skims through articles. There are several books I would like to read , but there are only so many days in a year. I have created this app to
- Provide the crux of the story or novel people might want to read.
- Encourage people to learn more about other cultures through books that they might not be exposed to, in an interactive learning experience.
What better way to demonstrate this idea than picking the books that have profound influence on Indian civilization, ethos, literature, art, and philosophy.
What it does
Provides an introduction to the two great Indian epics, and highlights the important events. you can then learn more on the topics of interest by interacting with the chatbot.
How I built it
Created an app, using PartyRock
Challenges I ran into
Since the search data isn't just limited to these two books, the chatbot provides solutions to questions even outside of the current context.
Accomplishments that I am proud of
Ability to create apps with no code using prompts, and getting an idea of what AWS Bedrock could do with low code.
What I learned
Prompt engineering and fine tuning
What's next for The Great Indian Epics
- Include a more interactive experience for kids with images. This addition will not only make reading more enjoyable but also aims to foster a love for books and cultivate a healthy reading habit among young users.
- Use a custom data source , that only includes information about the books we choose.
- Expand the selection of books
