Inspiration: I think everyone has been through so much this past year with the pandemic, and my inspiration was to use that as a catalyst to better one's wholistic being through an app that targets the improvement of one's mind.
What it does: The app has a couple of pages that include journaling, meditating, and motivating.
How we built it: Through JavaScript and Code.Org
Challenges we ran into: I think it was hard to find the correct information to target anxiety and also code the multiple pages I have, especially because I'm one person and also because I'm new to coding
Accomplishments that we're proud of: Getting it done! I think it's an app that wonderfully targets mental health issues and aims to better the lives of others.
What we learned: That it is so so important to prioritize mental health and that this app can help you do that, I learned about the resources and how to create an effective design.
What's next for The Future You: Maybe add guided meditations and a screen to view old journal entries
