Inspiration

A few days back I met one person who is a very good artist in childhood. At present, he is doing some software job but his love for art never came down. He said to me that "he is missing his real self". Then I revised my childhood. I use to love poetry a lot. I love words a lot. I used to be a logophile. I use to enjoy writing things. I use to tell people what I wrote I was very happy at that time. But as days are passing I left it behind. I really miss the child who use to write poems and sing them in front of people. This stayed with me and I use to think a lot about it. Finally, The outcome of thought is "The Forgotten You". We believe in one thing "Human beings cannot live on technology alone".

What it does

It takes back people to their childhood. The fun they had, the crazy stuff they did, the smile on their face, hearts full of love. People do things that they did in their childhood. They meet strangers and make friends. They will show their hidden talent to the world. They will enjoy doing little things. It's like a talent gallery of the forgotten children.

How we built it

We built it with a lot of love, curiosity, and fun. The programming languages we used: Nextjs, Tailwind CSS, Firebase

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It's our 1st hackathon. we never thought we can complete this in 2 days but finally, we did it. We are very proud to take this topic. Because it is very close to everyone's heart.

What we learned

In doing this project we went back to our childhood. We had a discussion of things we have done in our childhood. We found out that "Nothing can replace childhood".

What's next for The Forgotten You

Looking forward to making it better. With the help of this website and community, the forgotten child should come to the light. I want to create some fun events, some fun online programs.
