Workflow: Picture or Video Input: The user scans the device.
Text or Audio Input: The user describes the sound it's making (e.g., "It's making a clicking noise") or describe the issue it by texting.
Reasoning: We identify the specific model, correlates the visual damage with the audio symptom, and diagnoses the issue.
Output: It generates a step-by-step interactive guide with overlays, highlighting exactly which screw to turn.
