The Fintech Card was inspired by XAPO. I was a XAPO account holder and enjoyed using it. I tried to order my XAPO Card and I am still waiting for it. I then employed two fellow students to start working on https://www.pdca.co.za/Fintech.html our card.
The Fintech Card is used by the unbankable to access highly available low cost banking services. It is used to purchase at Retail Outlets, POS and Spearpoints. Unbankable Township and Rural Communities will benefit most from The Fintech Card. The Fintech Card will be developed on ICP and we will conducnt a thorough user training and adoption of ICP Technology. Our network of Partners, Customers and Incubators will be used to further reach out to more users. A Rich Partner Ecosystem. Customers in South African Government and Two of the Four Major Banks in South Africa. Via our ISV (Independent Software Vendor) model, developers will be able to customize the Fintech Card for their specific needs. The Fintech Card will be shared via Digital Channels, Partner Market Places and Customer Pool.
It is built with VISA and Mastercard. Further customizations and integrations are done via our ISV model wit our partners Microsoft, IBM, Oracle and SAP. Integrations with VISA and Mastercard will be done VIA Rust. The card will be used to bank unbankable Township and Rural Customers. There are no barriers on our side because we have been developing Blockchain Solutions for the past ten years. There are no dependencies. We will utilize grant funding by building a prototype.
