The Effect of NFTs on the Environment

Inspiration

I like the aesthetic of Google Sites, so I borrowed some elements of their design. NFTs are a popular topic now (with a lot of misconceptions), so I wanted to explain them simply but accurately. Because the government isn't doing much to regulate crypto from an environmental perspective, I thought this might shed some light on the situation.

What it does

This is a website (WIP) that informs users of how crypto affects the environment and possible solutions that one might advocate for.

How we built it

I used HTML and a embedded CSS for this project. There was a very small amount of JavaScript involved. I used a lot of information from W3Schools to figure out how to make it work.

Challenges we ran into

Writing the tabs was so difficult. It takes so much code just to do something exactly how I imagine.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm glad that I finished this project in one day and got the information in. The design is pretty minimal, so I'm satisfied with it.

What we learned

Do not code a website from scratch in the modern era. Use some kind of no-code web app.

What's next for Untitled

I might add some moving elements so that it's more interactive.
